At Vonex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer 100% hassle-free returns and refunds, no questions asked.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Within 30 days of delivery date
- In original condition (unused and undamaged)
- In original packaging with all accessories
We understand things happen. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs and replace the item or issue a full refund.
How to Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at contact@vonex.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Step 2: Receive Return Label
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning your item.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will cover return shipping if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We shipped the wrong item
- The item does not match the description
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed according to the following timeline:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- Processing: 5-7 business days after inspection
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at contact@vonex.store. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will prioritize your case and offer:
- A free replacement shipped to you
- Or a full refund, whichever you prefer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items with physical damage caused by the customer
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
